All You Need Is 1 mic?

By now, you may have heard of Before Watchmen . But did you know The Line It Is Drawn over at Comics Should Be Good explored the possibilities of After Watchmen ? I chose a concept, which featured the children of Nite Owl & Silk Spectre. Check it out HERE . Someone call Jerry or Maury! Peace.

Here's my cover to Young Justice 200 for the "Anniversary Issues That'll Never Be" theme over at The Line It Is Drawn ! I hope y'all dig it as much as I enjoyed making it! I love these kids and hope there's a place for them in the DCU in the future. Clockwise from the top: Milagro Reyes, Chris Kent, Lian Harper, Maxine Baker, Jai West, Irey West, Sin Lance, Damian Wayne Peace.

It's CBLDF Week over at The Line It Is Drawn ! So we teamed up comic book characters with the symbol of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund , Lady Liberty! I chose a suggestion from TLIID Suggestion Master  Mike Shirley , which paired her with Tony Chu from my favorite comic book,  CHEW ! Please consider being a member of CBLDF , a worthwhile and honorable organization, and cop that CHEW ! Peace.

It's comin'! The 8th volume of So Much Soul ! Happy 10 Year Anniversary to Vinroc & Shortkut 's legendary mix series! Here are the album cover & event flyer. Design by Randall Rufino . Artwork by me. It's NickToons Week over at The Line It Is Drawn ! So I had to get down with an Avatar: The Last Airbender -related suggestion that mashes up the cast of the series with Bender from Futurama , another series I love. This time, it was from my friend and one of our top suggestion-givers, Mike Shirley ! Avatar: TLA is one of the greatest animated series OF ALL TIME. I was hooked instantly the moment I watched the first episode. I HIGHLY recommend it to y'all and your kids. It has a Star Wars -esque quality about the storytelling set against a fictional, highly Asian-inspired world. However, AVOID the live-action movie AT ALL COSTS. If you already watched that abomination, please don't let it detract you from experiencing the phenomenon that is the animated series. If you're like me and are already addicted to the cartoon and couldn't get enough after the series finale, there's great news! Gene Luen Yang and Gurihiru pick up the story from where the show...

Peep my illo of The Avengers of Imperial China for The Line It Is Drawn ! Happy Lunar New Yeazie, friends! I wish y'all the best! Peace.

It's Doctor Who Week over at The Line It Is Drawn ! I happened to choose a suggestion from one of my buds and Ernie enthusiast, Tammy Graham ! Without further delay,  HERE 's Amy Pond meeting The Gotham City Gingers... Many thanks to Tammy for the hot suggestion; and Comics Should Be Good , The Mary Sue , The UniBlog , Nerd Approved , and my fellow Tweeps, Tumblrinos, Tumblrinas, & other bloggers for posting my piece. You all rock SO HARD! Peace.
